NYDFS, European Banking Authority Join Forces to Oversee, Monitor Stablecoin Activities

The New York State Department of Financial Services and the European Banking Authority have signed an MoU to coordinate supervision of cross-border stablecoin activities. The agreement aims to share information, monitor risks, and conduct market surveillance under MiCA.
